Reaching New (Pac) Heights

utter san francisco tomfoolery as 200 tons of snow were trucked into the city to build a ski jump on one of the steepest streets in one of the toniest neighborhoods.

not all residents were thrilled by this event (put on by relatively obscure ski wax company called icer), but the spectacle was pretty sweet. and the warm indian summer weather served as the perfect foil for highlighting the true uniqueness of it all.

viva la san francisco!
